Is this building a hotel or condo?

The building is 77% privately owned, with many units serving as private residences. Some owners also choose to rent their units through third-party entities or rental programs, depending on their individual preferences and agreements.

Is this building owned by Rosarito Beach Hotel?

Not fully. As of 2024, 22.39% is owned by owners of the RBH hotel/entity. The rest are owners who stay in their unit or put their property in a third-party rental program.

What common areas can I use?

The common areas include a welcoming lobby, a fully equipped gym, and a room currently set up as a children’s activity center. Residents also have access to two pool areas — one on the first floor and another on the rooftop with stunning views.

Is there parking on the premises?

Yes — there is a multi-story parking structure with plenty of parking by the building.

Is it a safe place to stay or own?

The building has around-the-clock security. You’re not in more danger in Rosarito than you are in, say, San Diego.

How and when do I pay my property tax (predial)?
